Okay, so as far as I am concerned the foreign schools for the tournament do not matter as much as just having the competitors in general. So, if you want to make a student and just have them from another school I am completely fine with that. Just so long as they are not from an England base school and are seventeen that is fine. You may apply here, however we are going to need an equal number of genders. So far Cedric and Harry are the only competitors, that means I need another boy and girl for the competition.

Now, for pb's, you may have an American PB...just be sure that in their application the country your charrie is from. I am also going to need two foreign Headmaster's...Karkaroff is a must, for sake of plot he has to be. If no one makes him we will just infer that he exists . The other school however is up to you... however, because there are so many other foreign countries, I will decide the country. So far there are only a few main ones that I think would have recognition in the Harry Potter world, and they are as followed.
