Foreign School Headmaster's Apply Here

Now, this one is going to be tricky. I really only need ONE foreign for this plot, seeing as Karkaroff is still needed for the story. So, as the other application goes, you have a choices of countries I thought would be most recognizable to Hogwarts for competition. However, should I have a Headmaster apply before a student does then that means I will have to go with the decision the foreign Headmaster makes...this thread will be open for a while before I decide the country and competitor(s)/ Headmaster(s).
