Okay,
So I lied...short posts do bother me. I am not asking for page upon page when it comes to posting. But please, for the love of Merlin, post something that is fairly long with length. If you have a canon character your posts need to be long and impressive. Harry Potter, Severus Snape, Draco Malfoy, Sirius Black, Oliver Wood, Cho Chang, Cedric Diggory, etc. All play a big role in this site now. You have a responsibility when accepting a canon character. If you are going to post with them make sure the posts are GOOD! Do not make me start deleting posts because they are not long enough. I am going to try and find a setting that sets a lock on the minimum amount of characters...and if you post any lower than that the post will not go through.
Now, I realize in the rules I said I did not care, but I thought that people would use good judgment when it came to length...and in all honesty if it is an original character I do not care. But if you have a canon you MUST post adequately! Or I will take the canon back and you will not be permitted to have one unless you swear to post an adequate amount of paragraphs.
There is no word count for the posts and I realize this, however if it does not at least fill more than half the box it is not enough to be considered acceptable. Remember from school that a paragraph contains at least five to ten sentences...most people can manage at least two of those...double it for canon and that is what I think should work. This is a rule that is not up for debate...least of all for canon's. And I am also not doing this to be mean...but it remains seen that it must be done.
If you would like to discuss it further post comments here...but do not whine. You will not change my mind.
